Founded in 2019 in the Greater Houston area, our clinic was built on a simple but powerful belief: that compassionate, patient-centered care can genuinely change lives. What started as a single location has grown into a trusted name in the community — driven entirely by patient results and word-of-mouth. In 2024, we proudly expanded with the opening of our Pearland branch to meet growing demand.

 

We've created a practice environment that's as good for our staff as it is for our patients. All visits are appointment-based, so you'll always know your schedule and caseload in advance — no walk-in chaos, no surprises. Our flexible scheduling is thoughtfully designed to protect your work-life balance while keeping patient care at the highest standard.

1.  Acupuncturist

    Full-Time / Part-Time  |  Katy & Pearland, TX

About the Role

We're looking for a licensed, passionate Acupuncturist to join our growing team. This isn't a high-volume, revolving-door clinic — we focus on quality care, meaningful patient relationships, and clinical excellence. You'll walk into a structured, appointment-only schedule with a supportive team behind you.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Administer acupuncture treatments using a range of techniques, including trigger point therapy

• Educate patients on their conditions, progress.

• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal results

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team committed to continuous learning   

 

What We're Looking For

• Valid Texas Acupuncturist License (required)

• Graduate of an accredited acupuncture program (required)

• New graduates are welcome to apply — we support clinical development at all stages

• Strong patient communication skills and a genuine commitment to compassionate care

2.  Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk)

    Full-Time / Part-Time  |  Katy & Pearland, TX

About the Role

We're looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our clinic. This role goes beyond answering phones — you'll be the first and last impression our patients have, and a key part of keeping our clinic running smoothly. 

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized clinic calendar

• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and kindly

• Assist with herbal preparation and inventory management as needed

• Process payments and support basic billing and insurance tasks

• Maintain a clean, organized, and calming clinic environment

• Ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit

• Serve as a communication bridge between patients and practitioners

 

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills — you genuinely enjoy helping people

• Friendly, patient-focused attitude with a calm and professional demeanor

• Good organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

• Attention to detail, especially with patient information and scheduling

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

• Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or acupuncture setting (a plus, not required)
